Galbraiths Lawyers – Office Refresh, East Auckland
Staged Interior Upgrade | Brand-Aligned Design | Workplace Refresh
Fuze Interiors have worked closely with Galbraiths Lawyers over the past few years to refresh their East Auckland offices. The aim was to align the interiors with their brand and create a more modern, welcoming space for both clients and staff. To manage this effectively, the project was completed in three stages.
Phase One: Reception Area
The reception area was the first focus—where first impressions are made. A feature wall in Galbraiths’ signature blue adds personality and brand presence, while soft off-white walls help brighten the space and create a calm, modern feel.
We also gave the existing reception counter a fresh look by resurfacing it, avoiding the need for a full rebuild and helping it blend seamlessly with the updated design.
Phase Two: Offices and Meeting Rooms
The refresh continued into the office and meeting spaces with the same soft colour palette for consistency. New carpet tiles were installed, featuring bold touches of their blue brand colour to tie everything together and add visual interest.
Lighting was upgraded throughout with energy-efficient LED battens, making all areas—especially those without much natural light—feel brighter and more inviting.
Phase Three: Furniture Updates
In the final stage, we turned our attention to the existing meeting chairs. These were well-liked for their comfort and function, so rather than replace them, we reupholstered them in a new fabric and resurfaced the solid timber frames. This gave them a clean, updated look that fits seamlessly with the refreshed interiors.
The Result
By taking a staged approach, Galbraiths were able to update their space gradually and cost-effectively. The result is a cohesive, refreshed office that reflects their brand and provides a comfortable, professional environment for both staff and clients.
