LR Limited Office Fit-Out

LR Limited wanted an open-plan workplace that encouraged collaboration while creating a welcoming environment for both employees and clients. As the parent company of several subsidiaries, it also needed an interior that could represent a diverse group of businesses while supporting the organisation’s continued growth.

Fuze developed a workplace concept around the hexagon, drawing inspiration from honeycomb structures and the organised, industrious nature of bees. This became a distinctive visual thread throughout the office, most notably in a dynamic carpet-tile design that transitions between orange, blue and green – the principal brand colours of three LR Limited subsidiaries.

To balance the energy of the flooring, the furniture palette was kept predominantly monochromatic. Timber detailing introduced warmth and texture, allowing the stronger colours and geometric elements to stand out without overwhelming the workplace.

Feature lighting adds visual interest while helping to define breakout and meeting areas within the open-plan environment. These different settings give employees places to collaborate, meet or step away from their desks during the working day.

A custom-designed kitchen extends this flexibility with integrated booth seating and bar leaners. More than a staff amenity, it provides an informal shared space where employees can connect, refocus and discuss the day’s priorities.

The completed office brings together the different parts of the LR Limited business through a cohesive design language, balancing brand expression with practical spaces for focused work, collaboration and informal meetings.
